How You Support Our Work
MindSet
MindSet pairs one-on-one coaching with group workshops to help participants achieve goals, develop executive functioning skills, and reach economic self-sufficiency.
St. Barnabas Community Resource Center
SBCRC is a vibrant community hub and the heart center of ECS’s exceptional programming.
K-12 Enrichment
ECS’s Out of School Time programs provide more than 750 children and teens per year educational enrichment in a safe, constructive environment.
Health and Wellness
ECS offers workshops on a range of topics including nutrition, parenting, mental health counseling, and diabetes prevention.
Housing
The Rapid Rehousing program places people who are experiencing homelessness in rental housing with a 12-month housing subsidy and ongoing support.
Advocacy
ECS takes a public stand on the policies that prevent those in poverty from achieving success. Our lead issues are: Racial Equity, Living Wage, and the Benefits Cliff.
